Proofs – $25 (V) charge for
T-shirt, mouse pad and most totes.
We actually print one item. Allow 1-3 days.

Screen
printing – Screens $38 (V) each. PMS
color mix $38 (V); proofs - $55 (V) plus screen charge
and PMS mix charge if required.

Mouse
Pad art – Keep important copy 1/2"
from the edge. Allow extra room where the corners round.
For full bleed designs provide an extra 1/4" background
on all sides.
Washing
instructions – Foto Fabric’s shirts
are machine washable, warm water, no bleach or detergents
containing bleach. Tumble dry at low heat. Iron lightly
to freshen color. Imprinted fabric softens after washing.
Providing
your own shirts – We can imprint on virtually
any white T-shirt. 50/50 blend, 100% cotton, or 100%
polyester shirts print equally well.
A proof is
needed when doing other than white shirts.
Screen printing,
if customer supplied, should be done after sending shirts
to Foto Fabric.
Customers
should supply 1% to 3% extra product over quantity needed
to allow for defects or misprints.
Printing
on colored shirts – The color of the
shirt will show in the white or light areas of the art.
We often print on natural, ash and some pastels. Get
a proof.
Can
you print on black shirts? – While printing
on black is a different process, which incurs setup
charges and longer lead times, an Opaque process is
available - call office for details.
Turnaround
time – One to three days normal turn
on T-shirts. Other items 4 to 5 days. Allow extra time
for items that involve both screen printing and digital
printing
Guarantee
– We have printed thousands of garments with excellent
results. Although color reproduction is exceptionally
good and the resolution outstanding we do not guarantee
to match colors or detail.
For major
orders, we suggest making a preproduction proof. We
cannot be responsible for color shifts within the normal
tolerance of our equipment.
No responsibility
is assumed for fading, color fastness or shrinkage.
Every attempt will be made to provide perfect quality
and exact counts; however, please allow for some imperfections.
For customer
supplied items, responsibility is limited to reprinting
customer supplied items.
Shipping
– Shipping is FOB. A requested ship date should
be placed on the order. We cannot be responsible for
discrepancies on orders received by parties other than
the invoiced customer.
Terms
– Products are property of supplier until paid
in full. Companies in active business 3 or more years
who have done prior orders will be extended terms of
net 30 with credit approval. For others, a 50% deposit
or 50% COD may be required at our option.
Cancellation
– Customer will be charged for items that have
started in production or for which materials have been
ordered.
Other
– Prices are subject to change without notice.
